Do we receive an order confirmation after placing an order?

Yes, you will receive an order confirmation shortly after receipt of your order. This contains the technical description of the retractable supply post(s) including electrical diagrams (3-pole), the technical data and an installation manual.

What is included in the scope of delivery of a retractable supply post?

The scope of delivery of a retractable supply post comprises the following:

1 x retractable supply post (including concrete pit and fully equipped device column).
1 x crank
3 x cable suspension loops for cranes
1 x installation manual

A conformity declaration and a measurement report can be provided on request.

Are the retractable supply posts VDE-approved?

Yes. VDE-certificates are available for the retractable supply posts SE 30, SE 50 and SE 56 with the corresponding standard equipment.

Can retractable supply posts be connected to types of networks other than those mentioned in the documents?

Yes. After clarification of technical details, the ordered retractable supply posts will be wired according to the desired type of network (TN-C, TN-S or TT-System).

Is it possible to connect large-gauge cables to the retractable supply posts?

Yes. We provide various cable connetion modules for retractable supply posts. Exception: SE 30NR, SE 30AN and SE 30IN. The following modules are available:

- KAM16 for cables max. 16 mm²

- KAM50 from 25-50 mm²

- KAM150 from 70-150mm²

Are the terminals accessible at all times?

Yes. The terminals can be accessed through the opening of the removable device column.

Are all retractable supply posts equipped with a heater?

Yes. The integrated heater prevents the lid from freezing and condensation from forming.
